Rough Cut
As it was decided by me and my partner that the shooting and other camera work has to be done by me and she would later handle the editing while I'll make the poster and the movie review page so our work was divided and she continued working. While there were parts were I contributed to editing as well like adding background score, special effects and transitions were added by me when all the final selection, cropping and reordering was done by Abira.
I used various editing tools like cross fading, audio gains and levels of speed in the music and their levels of volume.
After all the finalization was done we faced a major obstacle which was our film was 12 minutes long and there were no more scenes that could be cropped out to reduce the duration so we had to cut a major scene out of our movie which was previously a part of our film. The scene of a street vendor selling things and buying fruit for his children to make them happy.
After cropping that scene out which was one of my favorite because it was colorful and the focus points used in that were very different and interesting.
Test shots
While i was on work my partner Abira took some test shots and evidence shots to show examiner how things appeared to us and how they were shown o our audience in the final Film which was produced by us.
Se was always with me, helped me directing the shots while I kept busy in brainstorming and thought of various shots to shoot my film.
Also she captured behind the scenes while I dressed up the characters before shooting.
